  The JT designed reflow ovens' VS series are the first of their kind utilizing a built in KIC 24/7 auto focus with SPC charting, thermal analysis and production data traceability.  All data is backed up automatically and easily accessed for ISO 9000 management.  JT reflow ovens utilize a highly efficient design for uniform heating and zone to zone control.  Models feature standard rail/mesh conveyors with auto lubrication.  Nitrogen capable machines utilize flux management systems with self-contained chillers.

  JT NSM-450 The Next Generation of Lead-Free Wave Soldering Systems  
  The JT designed NSM-450 Wave Soldering System is the result of many years of product and process improvements that have evolved to the ultimate lead free wave soldering system. The NSM-450 is the third generation of lead free wave solder machines that incorporates the outstanding features of the
WS & SM series. Optional N2 atmosphere & analyzer provides a low oxygen ppm level and the optional N2 analyzer can track these levels as low as 80ppm.  The N2 system also has a closed loop refrigerated cooling system.
