Fluxing activity levels promote thermal stability and prevent thermal degradation when reflowing under air atmosphere (normal). Since use of nitrogen is not required, Qualitek's lead free solder pastes provides excellent cost savings. Formulations exhibit superior joint strength, excellent wettability, extraordinary print definition and tack life. No-clean post solder residues are non-conductive, non-corrosive and highly insulated.

A revolutionary solution from Qualitek making Lead-Free conversion easier than ever to manage before, during, and after process. This new, patent-pending, Lead-Free paste is the industry’s most unique and easy-to-use Lead-Free paste on the market today. Visually distinguishable from Leaded solder paste, it helps eliminate the liability of cross contamination and operator confusion between Leaded and Lead-Free paste in a mixed production environment. Green appearance of the paste provides operators ultimate identification of Lead-Free paste on stencils, in jars, on spatulas, on stencil wipes, and on printed circuit boards—anywhere until reflowed. Post reflow residues, while clear, are UV detectable to further distinguish Lead-Free from Leaded solder on assembled boards. Reflowed joints have normal metallic appearance and shape.
