One of the effects of the ever increasing mountain of regulatory requirements and the globalization of markets is the need to disseminate and collect information across the shop floor and the enterprise in either real or near real time. Companies are finding that a paper environment does not provide the nimbleness needed to execute today’s adaptive business models which are required in the current economy. John Stimadorakis
has over 35 years of technical management and sales experience in
the electronics industry. During this time he has been involved in the
management, evaluation and implementation of advanced manufacturing and
information technologies. John has provided management/ technology
consulting for the design and implementation of manufacturing facilities
for companies such as:
Alcatel, Baxter Healthcare, Celestica, Honeywell, Medrad Medical, Square
D Company and Sundstrand Corp… |

During the implementation of these manufacturing facilities, John was directly involved in the reorganization of internal procedures along with the development of collaborative relationships that were required for global competitiveness. He has worked closely with key ministers and chairmen of organizations in the Middle East. He also has toured the Soviet Union evaluating the business environment. Prior to the above John was founder, President and CEO of JT Stimy Inc. He was responsible for raising the first and second round of venture/bank financing for the corporation. During this period, John gained high visibility in the industry through media coverage in such publications as the Washington Business Journal, Venture Magazine, Electronic Business, Electronic Engineering, etc. John has participated in several global marketing and manufacturing studies that provided strategic planning input for companies that are operating in a rapidly changing business environment.
