John Stimadorakis, President of AMT Corp. -  We are proud to announce that Jerry McCollum has joined AMT Florida as the Director of Lean Implementation Services.  Jerry comes to AMT with over thirty years of manufacturing and management experience in the space and military industry.  For the last eight years, Jerry has developed and taught the concepts and tools of Lean Six Sigma at the college level.  Jerry holds a BA, MBA, is a Lean Master, and is Black Belt certified".

AMT has been helping companies for over three decades to implement new manufacturing technologies and also to reduce cycle times and cost of their existing capabilities.

AMT has used this hands-on experience to develop Adaptive Lean Plus, a variety of scalable programs and workshops that can be used to increase productivity and develop a self sustaining continuous improvement culture.  AMT's unique Adaptive Lean Plus services can be focused on a particular process or product, or used to develop and implement an enterprise road map for Lean.

Jerry, with his extensive industry and academic experience, will be expanding our services into a variety of markets. AMT is looking forward to being able to increase the number and scope of companies that we can help become competitively Lean.
